Here is again an amazingly beautiful magic of Maths, which includes addition of numbers. Let’s enjoy the magic.
Step 1:- In a 10 × 10 grid of numbers, from 1 to 100, take any 5 × 5 square grid of numbers anywhere in the grid.
Step 2:- The sum of all the 25 numbers in the 5 × 5 square grid, will be always 25 times the number in the centre of the grid. In this case, the number in the centre of the grid is 46. Therefore, 25 times 46 (25 × 46) is equal to 1150. 1150 is the sum of all the numbers in the grid. That’s so cool.
A HINT:- First of all, multiply the middle number by 100. Then find half of it. Again find half of it. This will give you the required answer.
NOTE:- Try the same magic with another 10 × 10 grid of numbers, starting from 101 to 200. Can you find the sum of all the numbers of a 5 × 5 square grid numbers easily?
